MUP Volunteer Roster
We are required to provide 3 volunteers for the duration of the meet in accordance with Metro West District By-Laws.

The duties may include time keeping, but other duties may be allocated on the day, depending on the needs of the meet organisers. These additional duties may include marshalling or check starting, as examples.

Volunteers allocated for the first half of the meet should make themselves known to the district officials who will allocate your role. Volunteers allocated in the second half of the meet, please ensure you swap with a MUP representative so that our club maintains 3 volunteers at all times, and we distribute the task fairly between all MUP families attending.

If you do not know who to swap with, please ask our Team Manager to point out the other MUP volunteers so the swap is seamless.
