Compulsory meet for all qualifiers.
During this phase we are looking to build race fitness so it is expected swimmers swim at least 3 events in at least one of the sessions.

Training on Monday 18/2 will be replaced with beach recovery session for open age swimmers. All other open state competitors are expected to take Monday off training (although sessions will still be running for those that did not qualify for Open states).
